Front Office Supervisor

Retaj Hotels & Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure seamless guest service. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to handle guest requests with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff and allocate shifts.

  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.

  • Train new front office associates in SOPs and service standards.

  • Prepare daily reports and coordinate with other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of front office experience in a 4/5-star hotel.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Fidelio preferred).

  • Ability to lead a team in a multicultural environment.
