The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.
Handle room assignments and reservations.
Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Address guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
Maintain accurate guest records in PMS.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PMS systems is an advantage.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
