Front Desk Agent – Retaj Hotels & Hospitality

The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.

  • Handle room assignments and reservations.

  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

  • Address guest inquiries and complaints courteously.

  • Maintain accurate guest records in PMS.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of PMS systems is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
