Job Description:
Analyze tender documents and technical specifications.
Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years in FM or maintenance estimation.
Strong MS Excel and estimation software skills.
